Join us for a Brain Aerobics class with Victoria LaBouff Lanza. In this class Victoria will touch on memory techniques with a variety of short-term and long-term exercises that can easily be applied to your daily lifestyle. These exercies can help strengthen the brain’s connections and help build new brain cells. In class she will also cover nutrition, positive thinking and meditation. This class is fun, interactive, and any age will benefit—no tests, no picking people out, just good clean memory fun!
