The Power of Gratitude

Improving your memory and brain health through positive thinking and gratitude

December 31, 2021

Join us for a fun, interactive class where professional fitness instructor Victoria LaBouff Lanza will teach you how to use the power of positive thinking and gratitude to improve your memory and overall brain health.

Victoria will touch upon a variety of long- and short-term memory exercises designed to strengthen the brain’s connections. There will be no tests or picking people out — just good clean memory fun.

Gratitude and optimism can have positive effects on many areas of your health and well-being:

  • Increased life span
  • Lower rates of depression
  • Lower levels of stress
  • Greater resistance to the common cold
  • Better psychological and physical well-being
  • Better cardiovascular health and reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease
  • Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress

Join us to learn how you can use positive thinking to strengthen the connection between your body and mind!

A delicious meal prepared by our culinary team will be provided.

This is an in-person event. Proof of vaccination and masks will be required.
