After Retirement

Living Legacy And Bequest Fund

We consider this fund one of our most valuable as it provides significant resources where needed most. Its flexibility will allow us to respond to emerging needs. Your legacy gift can make a lasting difference toward the sustainability and growth of a vibrant and supportive environment that is unique to our dynamic community. Major gifts provide the donor with options for a name dedication, which is a visible legacy demonstrating your commitment to the Harborside community. This is a means of making a lasting impact when honoring a loved one. Specific options for planning your gift may be discussed by appointment with our legacy manager.

 Community Enhancement Fund

The community environment provides essential programs and common spaces for socialization and meaningful activities. The distinctive Harborside building houses the Independent Living apartments and the smaller attached 5-star Tuttle Health Center contains Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing units. The complex offers home, safety, luxury and a quality of life that fosters wellness and active engagement in community life. This fund provides resources for capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades throughout the campus, enhancing and sustaining a supportive environment.

Employee Education And Development Fund

Our culture is one of family; we care for and treat each of our employees as family members. We strive to ensure that they are in alignment with our foundational values of respect, integrity and dependability. Our employees are hard-working and dedicated and we attempt to support them in meaningful ways and to provide opportunities for growth. The Employee Education and Development Fund assists with education and training by providing small grants or loans to cope with financial hardship. It also supports grants for license renewal, certifications, courses, online training, materials and books. Supporting our staff in their pursuit of personal development contributes to a future with greater opportunity, both within and outside of our Harborside community. These efforts help to fulfill our goal of developing a fully trained workforce within a superior work environment.
