An experienced property management and finance professional, Brooke Navarre joined The Amsterdam in 2015 as its Assistant Executive Director. In her career prior to The Amsterdam, she has managed luxury high-rise cooperatives on Central Park West and has overseen the day-to-day operation of a 2,900-unit cooperative corporation in Queens.
“It’s rewarding to work hard at something so worthwhile,” said Brooke. “The Amsterdam residents and employees are my family! As a team, we truly make a difference in the lives of others.”
Michael Tartaglia is an experienced health care administrator with more than 35 years of experience. He has managed sub-acute and long-term care facilities in New York and Connecticut and has an extensive background in systems implementation and community relations.
“The Amsterdam at Harborside offers an important service in Nassau County,” said Michael. “I’m honored to join an organization with such a strong reputation for providing quality care, certainty and peace of mind to seniors.”
Jennifer Faber has been working in the healthcare field for over six years. She graduated from Brandeis University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health: Science, Society, and Policy and minor in Music Studies. Jennifer earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration in 2014. A majority of her experience in healthcare administration was accomplished during her four years working at Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, a 606-bed skilled nursing center, in Woodbury, Long Island. While at Cold Spring Hills, Jennifer held positions in Admissions, Community Relations and Marketing, followed by becoming the Assistant Administrator. Jennifer then earned her Nursing Home Administrator’s License for the State of New York in February 2015. Jennifer is beyond thrilled to serve as the Administrator of the Tuttle Center at The Amsterdam at Harborside and is proud to be a member of The Amsterdam family.
